Information
for Buyers:
- Association members have varying
degrees of expertise and while it is incumbent on all members to deal
fairly and honestly, the association cannot guarantee the accuracy of
identification of each item a seller offers.
- No seller may willfully or knowingly offer a "second"
or reproduction without full disclosure. However, it is the buyer's
ultimate responsibility to be familiar with the necessary characteristics
to judge the item.
- The association is a voluntary organization to promote goodwill
and consistency in on-line trading. All members have agreed to follow the
guidelines set forth, but the association cannot be held liable in the
event of non-compliance by a seller.
- Should you, as a buyer, encounter a problem regarding
non-compliance that cannot be satisfactorily resolved with the selling
member or through eBay, you are encouraged to report it to the GPSA.
